When will I receive my order?
Most SYLA pieces are pre-order. Orders are shipped within 12–20 working days from the date of purchase.
We always keep you updated and notify you once your order is on the way.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. We offer free delivery all over Lebanon on all orders.
Can I exchange a pre-order item?
Pre-order items are not eligible for size exchanges.
However, you may exchange a pre-order item for an in-stock item of equal or higher value, subject to availability.
Can I exchange an in-stock item?
Yes. In-stock items may be exchanged for a different size, if available, and requested within 48 hours of delivery.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered in the rare case that an item arrives damaged or defective.
If this happens, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
